Repeal The Social Security Act signed by President Franklin Roosevelt in 1935 and replace with the privatized Security Savings accounts.
- Reapportion the circuits of the federal court system geographically; establish guidelines restricting the use of foreign law and/or case law as a basis for legislation in the Congress and for rulings in the Supreme Court; establish guidelines for the impeachment of federal judges who legislate from the bench in violation of the constitution

Repeal the Department of Education Organization Act of 1979 (Public Law 96-88); turn all educational responsibilities over to the 3,143 Counties, Parishes and Independent Cities in the several states
- Replace the current Environmental Protection Agency with a new positive economic friendly agency—Environmental Production Agency (EPA)
- Enact a new multi-lateral international world freedom organization to replace the current "United Nations Organization" [UNO]. The new name shall be the "Goodwill Nations Organization" [GNO]
